Andy and Sarah’s Noodles with Lima Beans

Andy asked me to write down the recipe we made up tonight so we can make it again.

1 lb. mostaccioli

1 C or so frozen lima beans

2 T olive oil

1 clove garlic

3T or so Bacos

thyme and oregano

1 can tomato sauce

1 can diced tomatoes

salt and pepper

Parmesan

And since I trust the readers of this blog to be at least as good at cooking as I am, I don’t think I need to give you the detailed instructions. Basically, cook the noodles; cook the lima beans; saute the garlic, Bacos, and herbs in the olive oil; add the tomato stuff to the garlic-n-Bacos and heat; mix everything together. Surprisingly good.

So, Andy lost interest in his plan to add posts to his own blog in the ten minutes it took me to set him up with a profile. You might see entries from him sometime, but probably not that soon.
